About me
Hi, I am Pame Aradhana!
I am a South American yogini, doula, and mother from the South Pacific, currently living in the Pacific Northwest. I am passionate about supporting women during pregnancy and throughout all stages of motherhood by integrating doula practices, yoga, vocalization, and singing.
I offer mindful group classes and private sessions in English and Spanish.
I began teaching Kundalini Yoga in 2009. Between 2016 and 2019, my desire to deepen my knowledge led me to complete trainings in Pre- and Postnatal Yoga, Restorative Alignment Yoga, and Trauma-Informed Yoga.
My interest in the different stages of pregnancy led me to complete my doula training in 2014. After a few years of rest and exploration—during which I studied herbalism and regenerative agriculture—I returned in 2021 to practicing and teaching gentle yoga, as well as offering my doula services.
In 2022, I welcomed my rainbow baby. Due to some health challenges, we had a very difficult beginning. Yoga and singing supported me throughout my pregnancy, and most of all, my voice supported me during the challenging postpartum period. In 2022 and 2025, I participated in deeply transformative trainings with MadreVoz® focused on singing and using the voice during pregnancy, as well as vocalization for childbirth.
Drawing from all of these beautiful tools, I created classes that weave them together. Through this process, I realized that yoga, singing, and vocalization blend harmoniously, allowing us to experience the full benefits of these magical practices at the same time.
If this resonates with you, I would be honored to guide you in this practice and support you on your journey.
Let’s practice together! 💛
